Surgical facial rejuvenation procedures

At Tranquil Transformations, we offer a variety of surgical facial rejuvenation procedures designed to reduce excess skin, improve skin elasticity, and restore a more youthful appearance to the face, eyes, and neck.

These procedures help enhance your natural features, providing a refreshed and revitalized look.

Facelift (Meloplasty)

The facelift procedure is designed to remove excess skin and reposition the underlying muscles, targeting the lower part of the face and neck to create a smoother, more youthful appearance. There are different variations of the facelift, such as the midway-face lift, which focuses on concerns around the eyes and temples. A facelift can also be combined with other surgical procedures to further enhance and restore aging skin, providing a comprehensive rejuvenation.

Necklift (Platysmaplasty)

A neck lift is a surgical procedure designed to address signs of aging in the neck and jawline. This procedure helps to tighten loose skin, remove excess fat, and smooth wrinkles, resulting in a more defined, contoured, and youthful appearance.

Temporal lift ( Brow lift )

A brow lift, also known as a temporal lift in Europe, is a procedure designed to improve the shape of the lateral (outer) brow. During the procedure, a small incision is made behind the hairline. This technique can provide subtle but effective results, depending on the patient’s needs.

By repositioning the lateral brow, the procedure helps to open up the eyes and create a lifted, more youthful appearance to the face.

Fox eyes / Catoplasty

The fox eye procedure, also known as the cat eye procedure, is an eye-lifting technique that focuses on elevating the outer corners of the eyes. This procedure creates an almond-shaped effect, enhancing the natural contour of the eyes for a more lifted, youthful appearance.

Blephroplasty

Upper blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure used to correct ptosis (drooping) of the upper eyelids, which can impact the field of vision. This procedure removes excess skin from the upper eyelids, creating a more open and refreshed appearance. The excess skin fold is often caused by a loss of skin elasticity due to aging or may be hereditary. The procedure not only improves aesthetics but can also enhance visual clarity for those affected by heavy eyelids.

Lower blepharoplasty is a procedure designed to address under-eye bags and the loss of skin elasticity in the lower eyelid area. This is achieved by removing excess fat tissue or, in some cases, using a fat transfer to restore volume where muscle and tissue loss may have occurred. The procedure helps to create a smoother, more youthful appearance around the eyes by reducing puffiness and filling in areas that have lost volume over time.

Chin / Cheek Augmentation

Chin and cheek augmentation involves the use of facial prosthetics (implants) to enhance and balance facial proportions. By strategically placing implants, this procedure creates more defined contours in the chin and cheek areas, improving facial symmetry and providing a more sculpted, harmonious appearance.

Otoplasty / Ear pinning

Otoplasty, commonly known as ear pinning, is a procedure used to correct protruding ears caused by a lack of natural folds or a deep concha. During the procedure, an incision is made behind the ear, allowing the surgeon to weaken the cartilage and reposition or reshape the ear. The ear is then secured in its new position using sutures, resulting in a more balanced and natural appearance.
